Why it’s different

Not Generic Tennis Tips
Real Tennis Stroke Analysis

Most players do not need another random tip. They need to know what is actually breaking down: setup, timing, racquet path, contact point, balance, kinetic chain, recovery, or decision-making. Every Tennis Ninja stroke analysis is built around three layers.

Physics

What the ball, racquet, spin, speed, and trajectory are actually doing — and how to make contact work for you instead of against you.

Tennis player body rotation — the kinetic chain sequence behind a powerful stroke

Physiology

Body sequence, balance, spacing, and a repeatable kinetic chain — what your body can realistically execute under pressure, again and again.

Psychology

Simple, prioritized corrections you can actually run when the point matters — instead of ten things to think about at once.

Pro Track: Remote Coaching Support for Serious Players

We know how hard it is to chase a real tennis dream when the money isn’t there — when you need the full-time coach, the travel, and the support the funded players get handed, but you simply can’t afford it. This is our answer to that. If you’re all-in on getting to the next level — rankings, scholarships, prize money, the tour — Coach Jay gives you the same technical analysis, match scouting, kinetic-chain review, and tactical planning of a full-time coach, at a rate built for players who are grinding, not spending. This is a service, not a sale — for players who genuinely need the break, not anyone hunting a deal. Pro Track is application-only: tell Coach Jay your goals and your situation, and he takes players on case-by-case, in the spirit of helping the ones who truly need it.

For dedicated lower-ranked pros, college players, high-level juniors, and rising competitors who need serious coaching without the full-time price tag.

College, Pro & Advanced Players: Come Play on the Channel

If you're invited to play on the channel, you walk away with a full filmed session, your own pro-shot footage, and a real game analysis — the kind of day other players pay hundreds for. You pay nothing. It's built to make you look good and play better.

A Free Filmed Session

Real points and matchplay with Coach Jay on a local Palm Beach County court. One session, about 90 minutes — he handles the court, the cameras, and the editing.

Your Own Pro Footage

You get the full clips of yourself — clean footage for your own socials, recruiting, or self-review. Most players never get filmed properly. You will be.

A Free Video Analysis

Coach Jay breaks down your game on camera — the same expert analysis players purchase above, yours free for coming out to play.

It's part lesson, part show. You'll play real points and get a real breakdown of your game — filmed for the channel. Just be yourself, bring a good attitude, and enjoy it.

What we're looking for

Players who look good on court, love to compete, and have a genuine personality. You don't have to be a performer or put on an act — just be relaxed, confident, and yourself. The camera loves someone who's enjoying the game, and you walk away with a real lesson and your own footage.

What you're actually getting. A 90-minute session with Coach Jay, all of your own footage professionally shot and edited, and a full breakdown of your game. Priced separately, that's easily a $500 day — and it's free. Coach Jay gets one more video for the channel; you get recruiting-grade footage, a real lesson, and a clear plan for what to work on next.

Spots are limited. A lot of strong players apply every week and the filming schedule only has room for a handful, so not everyone gets a session — but if you're selected, the whole day is built around you.

Who this is for: college players (current or former), top juniors, pros, and tournament / UTR players — roughly UTR 7 and up (about a 4.5 and above) — in Palm Beach County & South Florida. This is real matchplay with a pro; if you're not sure you're a 4.5, you're probably not there yet (the stroke reviews above are open to every level). Nobody pays anybody: it's a session-for-footage exchange. NCAA athletes — this is free coaching and footage, not compensation; if you're unsure how it fits your program's guidelines, ask your compliance office first.

Tap to use your camera or photo library — you can add several. Photos and short clips up to ~100 MB each.

The more you tell us, the better your chance.

Free for accepted players. Coach Jay replies personally — spots are limited by filming schedule.

Please note: tennis and on-court activity carry inherent physical risk. If you're selected, you take part voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. Before you play, you'll sign a liability release and a filming/media consent form. Coach Jay, Modern Tennis Academy, and Tennis Ninja are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation. All footage, video, and photos recorded that day are owned exclusively by Tennis Ninja / Modern Tennis Academy, in perpetuity and with full rights of use — for all time, with no exceptions. Players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do online tennis lessons cost?
Online tennis lesson pricing is simple: $89 for a Quick Stroke Review, $149 for a Detailed Stroke Breakdown, and $249 for a Full Technique / Match Review. Each is a private video analysis by Coach Jay, returned within a few business days of receiving your video link.
What kind of video should I send?
Clear footage of the stroke you want reviewed. A side view and a behind-the-baseline view work best. For match analysis, include full points before and after the mistake so setup and recovery can be evaluated.
How long should my clip be?
For a single stroke, 5–10 repetitions is ideal. For match analysis, a few full points or games. Quality and angle matter more than length.
Can beginners submit?
Yes. The review meets you where you are and gives you the one or two priorities that will move your game the fastest.
Can competitive players submit?
Absolutely. League, tournament, college and high-level players use these reviews for technical and tactical diagnosis. Serious competitors should also look at Pro Track below.
Can I submit match footage?
Yes — the Full Technique / Match Review is built for it. Send full points so patterns, decisions and recovery can be analyzed, not just isolated swings.
How fast is turnaround?
Most reviews are completed within a few business days of receiving a usable video link.
Do I upload video directly to the site?
No. There is no direct upload. You paste a share link from YouTube Unlisted, Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, PCloud, or WeTransfer.
What is Pro Track?
Pro Track is an application-only remote coaching option for serious competitors — pros, college players and high-level juniors. Tier 1 hourly support is open to all of them. The optional, separately-agreed written success-bonus structure (Tier 2) is available to professional players only — college (NCAA), junior, and amateur players are not eligible for the percentage and engage on an hourly basis only. It is intentionally separate from the standard review packages.
