Real Tennis Ninja, operated by Modern Tennis Academy ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you submit through our intake or application forms (name, email, phone, player details, video links, goals).
- Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on this site.
- Basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) about how the site is used, if enabled.
How we use it
- To deliver your stroke review or coaching support and communicate with you about it.
- To improve our service and, with separate explicit permission, for educational examples.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us at the contact address listed on our site. We do not sell your personal information.
Terms of Service
By purchasing a review or submitting a form you agree to these terms.
- Service. Remote stroke reviews are recorded, expert coaching feedback delivered after you submit a usable video link.
- Your content. You confirm you have the right to share any footage you submit and that all people in it consent to its use for coaching review.
- Conduct. Reviews are for the purchasing player. Reselling or redistributing a private review is not permitted.
- Minors. Players under 18 require a parent or guardian to purchase and submit on their behalf.
- Availability. Pro Track is application-only and subject to availability and approval.
- No guarantee. See the Coaching Disclaimer below.
Refund Policy
- Because each review is a custom digital service created specifically for you, all sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
- You are purchasing a personalized expert review, not a guaranteed outcome. Coaching feedback does not guarantee any specific result.
- If we are genuinely unable to complete your review (for example, unusable footage that is not re-shot), we will arrange a re-submission window at our discretion.
- Pro Track Tier 1 hours are paid up front; rescheduling and unused-hour terms are set in your written agreement.
Coaching Disclaimer
- All coaching feedback is educational. We do not guarantee any specific performance, ranking, scholarship, prize-money, or competitive result.
- You are responsible for practicing safely and within your physical limits. Consult a physician before beginning or changing any physical activity, especially if you have an injury or medical condition.
- Do not submit videos unless you have permission from everyone shown in them.
- Players who are minors require parent/guardian involvement.
- Pro Track: Pro Track is application-only. All terms are handled case-by-case and an optional written agreement is required — terms must be agreed in writing before any tournament result. No results are guaranteed and approval is not automatic. This page is not a legal offer; specific terms are established in a separate written agreement. The success-bonus structure is available to professional players only. College (NCAA), junior, and amateur players are not eligible for the percentage and engage on an hourly basis only (Tier 1). Minors require parent/guardian consent and involvement.
- Eligibility notice (important): Because prize-money or success-bonus arrangements can affect amateur, NCAA/college, or junior eligibility, the success-bonus percentage is restricted to professional players only; college (NCAA), junior, and amateur players engage on an hourly basis only. Both coach and player remain responsible for confirming eligibility rules before entering any agreement.
